A RGA # and call tag will be issued to pick up the product.
A replacement part will be sent out as soon as the item is received and inspected
for said defect.
We will not expedite any shipping during this process. Ground shipping service is
used.

Return for Refund
Contact us within 15 days of purchase.
A RGA # will be issued at this time, No returns with out a RGA
A refund will be given after parts are returned.
The customer will pay all shipping charges, shipping will not be refunded.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to
Alaska, Hawaii and international orders will have additional shipping cost applied.
Please allow 4-10 days for delivery of items in the continental US. Allow additional
time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and international orders.
Entire orders will be shipped together whenever if possible.
Most orders are shipped same day! Please check individual products for shipping
info. Estimated ground time varies because of your location in proximity to where
we have it in stock. Unfortunately ground shipping cannot be guaranteed. We also
offer Next Day Air and Two Day Air.
