I ordered a NV4500 Transmission through Steve , unfortunately, my Internet order fell into a back order. I had several conversations with Steve and he assured he was doing everything possible to fulfill my order. These unit are becoming very rare and Steve refunded my charge without hesitation! I asked him to contact me ASAP when 1 was available and Steve agreed to do so! Outstanding Customer service! A1 recommendation for all your transmission needs!
