Review of service August 8, 2017
Reviewer: Vance Watson from Iuka, MS United States
The part order was received in a timely manner, however,  we ordered  the wrong part but  mistake.  We have requested a return shipping label and have not yet, received it as of today's date. We do feel that even tho the error was on our part that the restock fee of 20% is a bit expensive due to the fact the part never left the shipping container ( 5 gallon bucket). We await to receive the return label and still anticipate future  orders with All state Gear. Thank you

ZF Brake Assembly April 22, 2017
Reviewer: Automotive Specialties from COTTAGE GROVE, OR United States
I appreciate the fact that you are asking for feedback and I'm not trying to trash you.
Nowhere on your website does it say that the ZF parking brake assemblies only fit "Early models", which by the way isn't correct anyway. Output spline size has not changed since the E4OD-4R100-5R110W were introduced. Please address that. My purchase of an incorrect ZF parking brake assembly was made after discussion with your sales department. I get it that mistakes get made but to charge a 20% restocking fee to a repeat customer makes me want to search for another vendor, especially since I immediately purchased from you the repair parts for the unit I had.
