How do I return an item?
Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. If you need to exchange an item for another, it is best to place a new order. Certain item such as tools and one time use items are not eligible for return. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to verify that this product is compatible with your application. If you ordered the wrong item for your application, YOU are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Contact us within 15 days of purchase. No returns over 30 days will be accepted.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice and reason for return or complete a return form.
  • A refund to your original payment method will be given after parts are returned and inspected by our returns department.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Product must come back in the original manufactures packaging undamaged and uninstalled or your return WILL NOT be accepted. If you have any questions you can contact us at 210-924-6301
