NV4500 Manual Transmission Synchro Replacement Parts

Are you looking for NV4500 synchro replacements? Allstate Gear has everything you need to rebuild your truck’s transmission. We sell individual synchro rings as well as NV4500 synchronizer kits with new keys and springs to help gears engage smoothly.

The New Venture 4500 was used from 1992 to 2007 in GM trucks, while Chrysler used this 5-speed in Dodge trucks from 1994 onward. Thanks to its strength, this gearbox is also a popular swap in 4x4 builds. The NV4500 transmission gets hot in normal operation, requiring synthetic gear oil. If conventional oil is used, the synchros can stick and eventually fail.
