These Advance Adapters Jeep to GM bellhousing adapters are
exactly that. They adapt a GM engine to a Jeep T176 4 transmission. They
are manufactured from 356-T6 heat-treated aluminum alloy. Note: With
these new adapter plates, we utilize a new front bearing retainer to
obtain proper bellhousing alignment. Chevy adapter plates use a small
index of 4.686 in., (the larger index retainer, P/N 716051, can be
substituted for the 5.125 in. bellhousing).
