I like ordering from you but the lead time including shipping seems to be growing. Also there is no follow up. I placed an order on 10/7 of this month and just received the parts mid this week. I called every week and got different answers with each call. Had they told me they couldn't get the part, I would have told them to send what they had and I would have found the part and saved 3weeks wait for my customer.
