Replacement 1st–2nd gear synchronizer key and spring kit for matching BorgWarner / Tremec T45 and T56 manual transmissions. Installs in the 1–2 synchronizer hub during rebuilding to replace worn or damaged keys and springs that can contribute to hard shifting, grinding gears, or poor synchronizer engagement. Synchronizer rings, hub, and slider sold separately.
Fitment Applications:
- 1996–2001 Ford Mustang GT / Cobra 4.6L V8: T45 5-speed only; excludes TR3650-equipped models
- 1993–2002 Chevrolet Camaro & Pontiac Firebird / Trans Am 5.7L V8: T56 6-speed
- 2003–2004 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra 4.6L Supercharged: T56 6-speed
- 2000 Ford Mustang Cobra R 5.4L V8: T56 6-speed
- 1992–2006 Dodge Viper 8.0L / 8.3L V10: T56 6-speed
- 2004–2006 Dodge Ram SRT-10 Regular Cab 8.3L V10: T56 6-speed
