i ordered a rebuild kit for a np241c transfer case. i had some questions about the kit when i recieved it because the kit was used for more than one application  . i called customer service to ask some questions and the service was great. my kit also had a broken thrust washer in it ( plastic ) so they sent another out with NO questions asked.....if you need any thing drive train related these are the folks you call.....
