Great customer service September 6, 2023 Reviewer: Jeremy Miller from Conway, Arkansas   Rebuilding a M5R1 Ford Ranger 5 speed. Parts were good quality. Had one seal that was wrong size that came with the rebuild kit. Talked with Steve. He researched the seal in his warehouse while I was on the phone with him and found the same issue. NV4500 Transmission January 27, 2021 Reviewer: Dennis Lemons from California   I ordered a NV4500 Transmission through Steve , unfortunately, my Internet order fell into a back order. I had several conversations with Steve and he assured he was doing everything possible to fulfill my order. These unit are becoming very rare and Steve refunded my charge without hesitation!
