Shifter October 3, 2024 Reviewer: Customer from Fayetteville, AR United States   Shifter worked fine made better than the original.  One thing was the bend of the shifter was pointing about 30 degrees to the right instead of straight at the dash . A great buy for peace of mind. July 29, 2024 Reviewer: J. Tucker from Arkansas   All of the plastic pieces cast on the original shifter had cracked and came loose. I was surprised that the new shifter had a cast base. I was initially put off that the design varied slightly from the original however it works much better than what ford used. I had to drill the bolt holes out a little but did not have to stack washers because the base is a little thicker. Now I can put my hand on that shifter with confidence knowing it won't explode in my face. Was this review helpful to you?

Very hard to find part. December 19, 2023 Reviewer: chris Savage from Kinston, AL United States   Spent 3weeks trying to find this shifter salvage yards Ebay Amazon everywhere. Don't really know how I got lucky and found ALLSTATE gear on internet but after digging around alittle there it was , a significant upgrade from the old plastic shifthousing ,just needed slight grind on two holes simple task dropped in place shifts like brand new.
